Compliance

DINEX's activities are closely regulated and monitored by state and federal agencies. Federal regulations classify money transmitters such as the Company as an MSB and thereby impose certain obligations.

It is the policy of DINEX to comply with all applicable laws in the discharge of its functions as money transmitter. The Company has created controls, policies and procedures to ensure to comply with all applicable anti-money laundering laws and regulations, including but not limited to Currency and Foreign Transactions Reporting Act, also known as the Bank Secretary Act (“BSA”). Also as required by the FinCEN (Financial Crimes Enforcement Network). A strict legal compliance program specialized in anti-money laundering has also been developed and implemented. The Company’s policies and procedures and the anti-money laundering program, are annually reviewed by an independent consulting firm, to meet pre-set parameters of compliance, in accordance with established industry standards.

DINEX developed within the company a specialized Compliance Department. The main function of the Compliance Department is to overseeing day-to-day operation of the Company Compliance Program, verifying all company’s internal controls are implemented as well as the policies and procedures developed are followed. Compliance with anti-money laundering laws are achieved through knowledge of, and good faith commitment to, the legal and regulatory schemes applicable to the Company’s operation.

DINEX is registered as a Money Services Business (MSB) with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN). The appointed Compliance Officer and several executives are certified by the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS).
