CUSTOMER SERVICE

Dinex is a licensed money transmitter that seeks personnel for the Customer Service area. This position is mainly responsible for providing support in the daily operation and for guaranteeing the quality of customer Service that the Company is committed to its customers. Among other functions to achieve this objective, you must qualify as follows:

Customer Service skills
Ability to maintain the highest levels of confidentiality
Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
Bilingual (Spanish – English)
Minimum age of 18 years
Minimum high school education or equivalent
Customer service experience
Computer skills including MS-Office
Good pressentation
Schedule availability
